Alisia joined CIC in 2007 as a Benefit Consultant. Her consultative duties include the set-up and coordination of new account implementation. She is able to identify current problem trends and develop solutions within a time frame that meets the needs of the client. Alisia works closely with our customers enabling change to employee benefits. She manages and coordinates confidential file transfers and uses account information to create a summary of findings to present to the client. Alisia is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the CIC client account base.
